Role Description

The Einstein Analytics product is experiencing huge growth in the world of Analytics! The Einstein Analytics Academies is an exciting and fast growing evangelism program capitalizing on the phenomenal growth of the amazing product. We are focused on jump starting the customers journey with Einstein Analytics and bringing product expertise, best practices and exciting community evangelism to these customers in multiple locations nationally and globally.The Associate Academies Coordinator will manage the life cycle of academy events while working with the Academy Program team located in San Francisco HQ. This will include authoring scheduling, logistics, campaign management and reporting, owning the academies communication between different teams (Facilities, Product, Sales, Services, Marketing) and customers with pre and post event followups, and potentially delivering content in a customer facing capacity.This position is ideal for a self starter with excellent communication skills and thrives at the intersection of technology and communication, with a mix of events coordination and product knowledge to help spark customer adoption, engage our trailblazers from around the world, and additionally, grow your skills in planning, coordination, and training. This individual will partner with and form a collaborative relationship with building management, product experts, sales and marketing to insure that our customers are getting the highest quality, educational experience possible.The following is a summary of the job responsibilities:

+ + Daily academy tasks around scheduling, booking, emails, chatter posts, and confirming customer nominations, sending event invitations and updates, ordering catering, etc.

  • Perform ongoing administrative tasks, such as updating campaigns, organizing quarterly schedules, and gathering post feedback and reporting

  • Coordinate dates to give proper lead time for events, invitations, reservations, and swag/catering orders

  • Build relationships with workplace services, sales, product, and marketing to help program growth and stability

  • Own academy updates during weekly team meetings to update tasks, projects, issues and blockers

  • Learn to use and implement Salesforce products and resources into your daily routines to increase program innovation

  • Ramping up on Einstein Analytics product knowledge and working with internal team to acquire minimal technical skills and hone communication skills for customer facing presentations

Basic Requirements

+ + 5-7 years of experience

  • Knowledge of program coordination or management

  • Experience using Salesforce Platform and Quip

  • Ability to respond thoughtfully to requests from customers and internal employees

  • Proficiency with G-Mail, G-Cal and CAFM and CMMS systems

  • Must be detail oriented and organized

  • Ability to cover USA working time zones

Preferred Requirements

+ + Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Customer Facing Comfortability (webinars, presentations)

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects

  • Experience in delivering best-in-class customer service

  • Some knowledge of Analytics and Business Intelligence
