Position: Regional Sales Manager, Hong Kong and Taiwan Market, Small Medium Business (Based in Hong Kong)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director, Great China Region, SMB

Hong Kong and Taiwan market are the mature market in this area, the team’s mission is to ensure our customers are happy and close every single deal we are farming and hunting and ensure our business is the fastest growth engine in Greater China region.You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. We are looking for leaders who want to further develop their own careers by continuous professional development and moving into even more senior roles of ever - increasing responsibility within Salesforce. Responsibilities:- Customer success value believer;

  • Hire, train/enable and manage a team whose role of account executives who are focusing on SMB business in Hong Kong and Taiwan market;

  • Ohana spirit follower, take care and develop each of the team member career path in Salesforce

  • Target over-achiever; create metrics for monthly team ACV quota achievement;- Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching regular broadcast of results and creative incentives.- Pipeline generation driver; strategically drive multiple channels to achieve the pipeline generation target;

  • Regularly report on team/individual ACV performance and pipe gen performance results to regional sales director.

  • Team player; Establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders.Requirements:- At least 2 complete full year experience as a sales team manager (team quota carrying) experience; strong experience successfully coaching and managing/team leading people to achieve performance goals;

  • 6+ years Direct/consultant solution selling (individual quota carrying) experience; consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations as an individual contributor; software/B2B internet industry is preferred

  • We appreciate if you are bilingual and are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin due to geographic location/market needs;

  • Experience dealing with Hong Kong and Taiwan market is highly preferred

  • SMB business selling experience is preferred;- Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills.- Experience working in a multi – cultural and high - growth environment.- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.- Strong desire to build a career in Salesforce.
