Position: Account Executive, Service Cloud Sales - IndiaSalesforce is looking for talented sales professionals with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive awareness and evangelise our cloud solutions at Salesforce. The Account Executive role focuses exclusively on the Salesforce Service Cloud Application and will formulate and execute a Cloud sales strategy for the pan-India region. They will drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the enterprise space. He/she will work in partnership with the existing account-owning AE’s and RVP’s in the portfolios, and will carry quota for the Service Cloud product sales.What’s in it for you?This is your opportunity to make your mark at Salesforce and get in on the ground floor of a major product initiative. This is accomplished by participating and leading client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions. Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue while creating satisfied and referenceable customers are key responsibilities within the Account Executive, Service Cloud Sales position. This is not an overlay role, as this Account Manager needs to be a pure sales hunter in their own right.Responsibilities:
Development Pipeline for Salesforce Service Cloud solution.
Drive key opportunities across India.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Service Cloud.
To exceed an annual sales quota.
Evangelize the cloud's radical transformation of the analytics applications market..
To refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
To develop and execute successful Customer Service sales campaigns.
To personally create new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others.
To leverage business from new & established relationships.
To engage in strategic account planning with field AEs.
To lead discovery and ROI process in key accounts.
To clearly articulate business value to the customer.
To share knowledge and best practice internally.
Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages.
Domain expertise in Customer service and customer experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience with solution selling.
Extensive experience selling to large enterprise customers in India.
Previous management background is a plus, although this is not a management role.
Experience in selling a new product and executing got to market strategy for the pan-India region.
Previous experience working as a co-prime.
Experience working for or knowledge of the Customer Service competitors.
Experience working in a matrix structure.
Good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to drive a deep discovery and ROI engagement with customers.
Ability to articulate business value and benefits.
Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
