The Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting senior executives in driving the business forward. Salesforce is looking for a manager to act as trusted advisor in our INTL Business (EMEA, UKI, LATAM & APAC) and to lead a team of talented analysts supporting the INTL sales leaders. The role will report into the Sr. Manager, INTL Sales Strategy & Business Operations partnering with the INTL COO and will be based out of the Dublin office.

Salesforce is looking for a strategy manager to drive a highly talented and ambitious team in the demanding (new) INTL business team. This person will be responsible for (i) Building, Coaching & Developing a team of highly talented individuals, (ii) Owning, Scaling and Consolidating INTL analytics and (iii) Identifying & delivering heavy data driven initiatives to bring insights and recommendations to the INTL business leaders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing young individuals, a solid analytical and consultative mindset, deep experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools, the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a strong passion to drive success through scalable operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of talented analysts - involving recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance assessment and ownership of deliverables.

  • Own, maintain and improve the INTL Analytics Reporting infrastructure, with the mandate to gain scale through automation of current and new reports, dashboards and packs.

  • Provide in-depth analyses to assess the performance of the business and deliver actionable insights to sales leaders

  • Build executive presentations, crafting the messages for INTL COO

  • Work cross-functionality with extended teams across regions to drive the execution and the buy-in of INTL reporting

Desired Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis (management consulting, sales operations or equivalent corporate function) in fast paced growth companies, translating complex data sets into actionable business insights.

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading and developing junior people

  • Strong drive, high energy, autonomy and resilience with a “Get it done” Attitude

  • Ability to structure complex problems, originate new solutions/ approaches and develop recommendations

  • Advanced Excel & Power Point skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence Suites.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including succinct presentation skills.
