The EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting senior executives in driving the business forward. Salesforce is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to act as trusted advisor to the SVP of ESMB, Emerging & ECS, and to lead a team of talented business partners and analysts supporting this business. The role will report into the EMEA Head of Sales Strategy, and will be based out of the Dublin office.

This person will be responsible for:1. Partnering with the SVP of ESMB, Emerging & ECS, to drive the governance model and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations to the leadership team.2. Defining and implementing the right Go-to-Market strategy (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation, Quota Distribution).3. Manage and develop the team of talented business partners and analysts that support the ESMB, Emerging and ECS businesses.

Responsibilities• Provide in-depth analyses to assess the performance of the business and deliver actionable insights to sales leaders• Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of the leadership team.• Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making.• Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies.• Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives related to the business,• Manage a group of talented business partners and analysts - involving recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance assessment and ownership of deliverables.

Desired Skills/Experience• 6-8 years of work experience in a top consulting firm, high tech company or strategy department in a fast-paced growth company, translating complex data sets into actionable business insights.• 2-3+ years of demonstrable experience leading and developing a team.• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations.• Strong communication skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations• Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.• Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency• High energy, autonomy and resilience with a “get it done” attitude• 5+ years of experience in business analysis (management consulting, sales operations or equivalent corporate function) in fast paced growth companies, • 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading and developing junior people • Advanced Excel & Power Point skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence Suites.
