We’re looking for a creative self-starter to support Salesforce.org EMEA campaign activities and drive social media engagement across the region. This role is part creative, part technical and fully cross-functional as you will work closely with the wider marketing, sales, industry, partner and customer success teams to deliver results driven campaigns that meet our pipeline goals and drive brand awareness across EMEA.
The ideal candidate prides himself/herself in excellent organisation and flawless execution. This proactive individual will use data-driven insights to create real impact, supporting and executing campaigns to drive pipeline, product interest, brand recognition; report findings, and help drive the team toward its goals.
Managing our social media presence in EMEA:
Taking our stories, messaging and brand personality and bringing them to life across our social channels.
Using social listening tools to find ways to engage and build a community on social channels
Using social measurement tools to report on activity and engagement and offer insights to help reach our goals
Campaign development and execution:
Working with the cross-functional team to deliver best in class campaigns that both inspire our audiences and deliver results.
Managing online ads on social media, Google and 3rd party websites to support campaign goals
Coordinating campaign specific blogs and content - including the localisation of industry assets
Creating assets and flows to support our sales teams in following up on campaign activities
Set-up and management of webinars to support campaign objective
Campaign reporting and insight sharing
Internal campaign engagement:
Creating presentations to showcase campaign plan and results
Creating documents to ensure all stakeholders are aware of upcoming campaigns
The team you’ll be working with:
We’re a growing team working in a startup like environment, which means we always have each others back. We focus on delivering results, but also ensure that we’re continuously improving how we ideate, and add a creative spark into our campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and who is keen to learn new skills and share their knowledge and learnings with the wider team.
