Summary

An exciting opportunity to join a new Enablement Programs team for the EMEA region in Salesforce is now available. This opportunity is to manage the team of program managers who are designing and managing the onboarding, solutions and leader enablement strategy for the EMEA Sales organisation. This work will directly impact the growth, productivity and success of several business units within this organisation.

This role is unique and exciting at it allows this newly created position to work

directly alongside the business leaders and our operations teams, to be the content strategist on the enablement experience for our Sales professionals.

You will join and manage a team of Enablement Program employees, and run these programs autonomously.

Responsibilities

People Management : Manage a team of high performing program managers, helping them grow and develop in their roles whilst delivering the timelines and targets in plan

Learning and Development expertise : Act as the SME to the team, providing them with direction and guidance in their planning and designing of best in class enablement activities

Program Design Development and Maintenance : Design and create PMO initiatives and deliverables required to enable our PMs to ramp, grow and succeed at our scheduled pace.

Operational Excellence : Review the suite of programs across the team, ensure best practice is followed and maintained by all PMs. Design and monitor team operating tools andtemplates

Analytical and Strategic Planning : Drive reasoning and insight into the building and prioritization of programs which fit the short and longer term strategic agenda of the program

Program Reporting: Design and track dashboards and reports on Product and Cloud enablement progression. Regularly reporting on the completion, quality and impact of these initiatives

Collaboration and Alignment: Work with a large group of stakeholders to align vision, create consistency and close knowledge gaps. Partner with Global teams and third party vendors to drive international programs as well as regional

Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years of experience in People Management, Sales, Enablement or Consulting related role, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of expectations

3+ years Program / Project Management experience required

Sales Enablement or Learning and Development experience a must have

Understanding of CRM solutions and features a strong advantage

Professional Program / Project Management certification a strong advantage

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Experience working in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment

Fluency in English a requirement, Additional European language proficiency a very strong advantage

Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful

Bachelor's or Master's degree
