We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join the AMER Partner Field Enablement team to develop, launch, and support implementation productivity, sales and pre-sales excellence for our alliances ecosystem in B2C solutions. This role will report to the Vice President of AMER Partner Field Enablement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. Success requires teaming with a variety of stakeholders to deliver B2C (Demandware) and cross cloud technical implementation training with a variety of SI partners at different stages of competency, providing a feedback loop for the development of new content. His or her responsibility will be to develop and drive the execution technical training programs and initiatives in support of our B2C and cross cloud growth and customer success goals in North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver B2C (Demandware) technical implementation enablement workshops for SI partners.

  • Support the maintenance of a standardized B2C learning journey for Partners to move from awareness to competency with successful deliveries

  • Lead technical sessions/conversations related to B2C and Cross Cloud implementation best practices

  • Keep current on B2C releases, roadmap plans and certifications

  • Develop and maintain a partner community presence to collaborate with partners

  • Develop and deliver B2C and Cross Cloud specific enablement webinars, keeping partners up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practice learnings

  • Maintain dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified training programs and investments

  • This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties or responsibilities; at times other duties may be assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C (Demandware); recognised as a subject matter expert

  • Experience with Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud a definite plus

  • OMS (Order Management System) experience preferred

  • Ability to evangelise Salesforce products across entry-level developers, highly-experience Salesforce experts, enterprise architects and senior business executives (i.e. Hackathons, Architecture workshops, Executive Briefings)

  • Broad-based business and technology expertise with experience in a customer or channel technical management role focused on large GSIs (Accenture, PWC) as well as smaller national or regional SIs (Slalom, Torrent).

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on program effectiveness and current and future investments

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization

  • Highly motivated and independent contributor

  • Excellent client presentation skills; comfortable working with technical and business teams/audiences

  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.

  • Willingness to travel
