Team & Role OverviewOur team empowers the success of our TMP (Tech, Marketing and Product) employee & future Ohana through the content and programs we deliver. We ensure the success and engagement of our TMP Ohana by designing and delivering learning, innovation and culture programs that scale with the growth of TMP, our locations, and our acquisitions. As a Program Manager, you will report to the Director of the Learning team under the TMP Innovation and Learning (TPIL) organization.You love all things 'people development' and have experience working in a technology environment. You're creative, fast-moving, and are incredibly organized in your work; you're a natural program manager. We're looking for a Program Manager who has experience with new hire/onboarding programs or an equivalent role within Learning & Development and experience building innovative culture-focused programs. This role will support the development and delivery of our flagship onboarding program, TMP Bootcamp, in a brand new location, Bellevue.You’ll balance this expertise with a passion for building culture & innovation programs and events that engaged our team members and encourage innovation and fun. This is a great opportunity to build an existing brand in a new region and help ensure the success of our Bellevue talent.Responsibilities

  • Partner with the product owner of our onboarding program to build out a tailored onboarding program for the Pacific Northwest in Bellevue. Determine onboarding and business needs by meeting with our internal customers and stakeholders. Work closely with IT, facilities, and key leads to obtain the resources needed to execute a monthly onboarding program in the Bellevue office.

  • Be the face of our onboarding and new hire experience programs by facilitating our day one course, regularly meeting with our senior leaders in the region to gather specific requirements.

  • Create programs to build innovation and maintain great culture within the TMP organization.

  • Have the vision for an innovative, culture based, new hire experience while strategically determining learning priorities and then execute with the highest attention to detail.

  • Partner closely with our other TPIL onboarding representatives in San Francisco, Hyderabad, and Burlington to ensure a seamless experience for all TMP Salesforce talent.

  • Actively work with our engineering, product management and marketing community to decipher new hire needs and recruit Subject Matter Experts to join our team of internal instructors and content developers.

  • Plan and execute large events (25-500 people) with tasks including:

  • Aligning stakeholders

  • Determining location, vendors, event themes, logistics

  • Flawless execution 'day of', including catering, set up, close down

  • Project closeout and results/feedback management

  • As the TPIL representative in Bellevue, work closely with the San Francisco team to ensure all programs are delivered and tailored appropriately for the office's specifics needs.

  • Day-to-day program management and oversight of your programs. Actively involved in the success of each program and service to the business.

Role Requirements:

  • Exceptional program management and organizational skills. Ability to lead programs from conception to end-of-life

  • Be an experienced and dynamic facilitator, presenter, storyteller and coach. You should be comfortable working with all levels of managers.

  • Flexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented. Track record of "getting it done".

  • Thrives working independently while partnering and collaborating on a vision built with a remote team.

  • Innovative and creative - you bring enthusiasm and ideas for how to build a positive, innovative culture that is aligned with our values.

  • Strong consulting skills, with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the most effective identification of needs and application of learning and development best practices, models, and tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines, and making appropriate decisions regarding relative cost and benefit of potential actions.

  • Killer communicator and relationship builder (can write, stand and deliver - or facilitate - a presentation to any level, size of audience).

  • Ability to track and report metrics.

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in program management as well as learning & development, talent development, onboarding or equivalent.

  • Passion for building a culture that drives overall employee engagement and fulfillment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
