Being a team player is absolutely essential.Full detail about the positionWe’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial CRM and Digital Marketing expert to become part of the EMEA services team to drive maximum value and success for our customers. The Senior Marketing Consultant will work with a portfolio of cross-industry customers on complex, global enterprise brands and work directly with them in developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies that leverage our technology. A successful Senior Marketing Consultant uses deep Salesforce technology knowledge in combination with business and marketing expertise.Internally, you’ll work collaboratively with other Marketing Consultants, Data Scientists, Designers, Account Directors, Project Managers and Tech teams to deliver maximum program success for customers. This consultative position is primarily focused on developing personalised, customer-centric communication strategies; however, projects often require an evaluation of overall digital marketing programs which will see you running workshops and delivering large scale presentations to customers.Responsibilities

+ + Create leading CRM and digital marketing strategies for cross-industry customers throughout EMEA

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and operate as an extension of their team

  • Develop multi-channel contact strategies across the marketing funnel, tailored to individual customer segments

  • Work with customers to optimise one-to-one marketing campaign performance

  • Translate data into insight by analysing consumer behaviour and data

  • Continually demonstrate value and innovation to customers through impactful thought leadership

  • Strategic roadmap development of customer marketing program

  • Customers presentations and running large-scale workshops for middle management through to C-Suite

  • Work with the Account Director to maintain a clear understanding of client stakeholders, their roles in the organisation, and their sphere of influence

  • Achieve weekly billable utilisation target

  • Actively participate in developing and growing the Marketing Consultancy practice


+ + 10 years + experience in CRM, digital marketing either client or agency side

  • Strong consulting skills/ background desired

  • Degree educated

  • Exceptional knowledge of multi-channel marketing, especially Email, Mobile, Social, Web

  • Passion for data, analytics, and CRM technology

  • Strong background in digital marketing covering communication strategy, contact strategy, online user experience, Social Media, Mobile as well as familiarity with the email service provider industry

  • Strong knowledge of CRM technology, specifically as it relates to Customer data

  • Fantastic presentation skills: building engaging presentations, strong storytelling and effectively articulating your key message

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including onsite presentations to large groups and C-suite

  • Global travel on a semi-regular basis

  • Fluent Dutch and English (Amsterdam based)
